One of the workers went above and beyond when it came to the customers needs. She search the store and other stores. She made sure they were there and made sure the shoes were buyable. All of this and she still managed to take care of others while she can. Good job WSS OF EL MONTE

Great shoe selections. Prices are even better. I recently bout 4 pairs of Filas here & some others for a bit over 200$ which isn’t bad at all for some decent shoes. I’ve gotten work shoes here before too. Would recommend.

Great inventory, location and team members. They have a large quantity and color of one model of shoe. Their clothing selection is huge as well. The customer service was fantastic.

I went in today to do a return. Richard, helped me. First I called to see if I could do the return since it was purchased at a different locacation. Richard answered and told me yes. When I arrived he greeted me and processed the refund quickly. Remarkable service!!

Approximately three days ago, I had the pleasure of accompanying my mother on a shopping excursion for a new pair of shoes. During our visit to the store, we encountered a promotional deal that piqued our interest, but the specifics of the offer were somewhat unclear. In search of clarification, we approached one of the store's employees for assistance. The staff member greeted us with a warm and welcoming demeanor, eager to help. They patiently walked us through the details of the promotion, ensuring that we fully comprehended the terms and benefits. Their approach was not only informative but also incredibly courteous, making our shopping experience exceptionally pleasant. If I were to rate the customer service we received that day, it would undoubtedly be a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The employee's exemplary service significantly contributed to our positive experience and left a lasting impression of the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at WSS in El Monte! We were actually leaving lunch nearby to catch the bus when one of the salesmen was outside setting up for the last day of their yellow-tag sale. He approached me with so much professionalism and confidence — not pushy at all, just genuinely helpful. He politely asked if I had children and invited me to check out their sale. I truly appreciated how forward yet respectful he was. That interaction alone made me feel comfortable enough to come inside and look around. I’m so glad we did because I ended up getting an amazing deal on shoes for my kids! The timing, the customer service, and the savings all lined up perfectly. Five stars for professionalism, great energy, and real value. We’ll definitely be back!
